Richard Roberts Charged with DUI It was the car’s speed that caught Trooper Jacob Smith’s attention. The officer reports clocking the 2006 Mercedes at 93 miles an hour in a 65 mile an hour zone. It happened early today just after midnight near Tulsa. Smith says he detected “the strong odor of an alcoholic beverage around Richard Roberts breath and person.”

Forest Service Allows Jesus Statue to Remain at Ski Resort The statue of Jesus was put in place on Big Mountain at the Whitefish Mountain Resort in Montana in the 1950's by WW II veterans who were also members of the Knights of Columbus.
